Job Title: Customer Service Representative for E-commerce Operations.

The role involves delivering exceptional customer experience through timely and professional responses to inquiries, messages, and cases across multiple e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer service requests with a focus on providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively in written English to ensure seamless interactions with customers.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and product information.
  • Managing return requests and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure smooth returns processes.
  • Analyzing customer cases, order data, and account health metrics to identify trends and resolve disputes proactively.
  • Staying up-to-date with e-commerce platform policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Tech-savviness in using online tools, spreadsheets, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub is an advantage.
  • Experience managing returns and coordinating with logistics partners.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
