Remote Work Opportunity: E Commerce Customer Service

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a remote E Commerce customer service representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and is looking for a challenging role.

Job Description:

  1. Responsibilities include creating and managing product listings on eBay, Amazon, and other online sales channels.
  2. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively respond to customer inquiries via email or phone.
  3. They will also be responsible for undertaking new stock entry and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  4. Ongoing tasks will include taking professional pictures of products, editing, and uploading them to various marketplaces.
  5. Ensuring all products are clearly listed with features, benefits, and detailed descriptions will also be a key responsibility.
  6. Other duties may include reviewing product listings, amending detailed descriptions as necessary, and printing posting labels and keeping tracking records.
  7. Maintaining inventory of stock, conducting regular price checks, and researching competitor activity/pricing to protect/enhance market share will also be required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Great attention to detail.
  • Basic to advanced Photoshop or other photo-editing skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Competent use of Word / Excel / Internet.
  • Understanding of online sales strategies.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills.
