Job Title: Facilities Management Leader
Job Description:This role presents a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on facilities management operations.
- Supervise and Mentor Team Members: Provide formal guidance, monitor training, conduct performance evaluations, and offer coaching as needed.
- Schedule and Manage Daily Activities: Establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, set deadlines, and provide mentorship and coaching when required.
- Maintenance and Repairs Coordination: Collaborate with technicians, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of facility repairs and maintenance.
- Clients Relationships and Issue Resolution: Maintain positive relationships with clients and address unresolved facility issues through meetings.
- Capital Projects and Budget Management: Prepare and oversee capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
- Facility Inspections: Perform quality assurance inspections, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations, and suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrades.
- Environmental Health and Safety: Oversee procedures for facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, invoicing procedures, and procurement processes.
- Process Training: Conduct training sessions on best practices for maintenance, repairs, and safety.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead by example, model behaviors consistent with company values, and influence parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Discipline Expertise: Apply knowledge of own discipline and its integration with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities management.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
- Experience in maintaining positive client relationships.
