Leading a Team to Excellence

  • A critical leadership role has opened in our organization where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team.
  • You will work closely with employees to provide guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • In addition to employee management, you will also be responsible for coordinating facility repairs and maintenance, ensuring that our workspace is safe, clean, and functional.
  • Your relationships with clients are crucial to our success. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving any issues or concerns they may have about our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Manage Team Activities: Create and manage schedules for team members, assign tasks, and cross-train staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Facility Management: Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors to ensure timely and effective repair and maintenance services.
  • Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Capital Projects: Assist in planning, budgeting, and executing capital projects to improve our facilities and operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, facilities management).
  • 8-10 years of experience in a related field, preferably in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to guide sensitive, complicated, and difficult information exchanges, convey performance expectations, and handle problems effectively.
