As a paid advertising campaigns specialist, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing campaigns exclusively on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

Key objectives include driving conversions, engagement, and brand visibility aligned with company goals. To achieve this, you will develop strategies to improve campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns and a portfolio of results. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and tools is also essential. Additionally, expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimisation is required.

The role involves collaboration with content and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and copy tailored for Meta Ads. You will also research the latest Meta Ads Manager features, algorithm changes, and trends to stay up-to-date.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 16 years of formal education. Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools like Google Analytics or equivalent are also necessary.
