Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the US healthcare domain, AI, data analytics, and healthcare systems like EHR and Practice Management Systems.

This role will bridge business, clinical, and technical teams to deliver data-driven and AI-enabled healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3–5+ years in US healthcare (payer/provider, EHR, RCM).

They will also possess strong knowledge of HIPAA, ICD/CPT, FHIR, HL7, and healthcare compliance.

  • Analyze and optimize healthcare workflows (EHR, PM systems, payer-provider interactions).
  • Gather and document requirements (BRD, FRS, SRS); lead Agile sprints and ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design Agentic AI and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Define KPIs and deliver dashboards/reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Support SDLC processes, including QA, UAT, and production validation.
  • Work with big data platforms to generate actionable insights from large healthcare datasets.
