Solutions Architect

This is a pivotal leadership role in designing and evolving our automation platform. As a Solutions Architect, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Architectural Design & Strategy:
    • Design end-to-end technical architectures for our healthcare automation platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
    • Select and evaluate appropriate technologies, frameworks, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) to meet business and technical requirements, with a strong emphasis on compliance.
  • HIPAA Compliance & Security:
    • Serve as the primary architectural expert for HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, ensuring all platform components and data flows are compliant.
    • Design and implement robust security controls, including data encryption (at rest and in transit), access controls (RBAC, MFA), audit logging, and incident response mechanisms.
  • Requirement Analysis & Translation:
    • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and translate complex healthcare business processes and compliance needs into detailed technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Technical Leadership & Governance:
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional development teams (developers, QA, DevOps) throughout the entire SDLC.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect, with at least 2+ years specifically in healthcare IT or highly regulated environments.
  • Deep expertise in HIPAA regulations, including the Privacy Rule, Security Rule, and Breach Notification Rule.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
