Customer Support Specialist Job Description

The primary role of this position is to provide exceptional customer service and support for mobile services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all additions, moves, and changes for mobile services, including new connections and upgrades, SIM replacements, transfer of ownerships, and problem-solving connectivity issues with customers' mobile services.
  • Ensure all changes to clients' contract details are updated daily with accurate information.
  • Maintain the database with up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Complete all relevant documentation following company procedures.
  • Prepare a summary activity report every Monday afternoon.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in IT and computer skills, with experience in inbound and outbound calls.

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent English speaking ability with confidence, capable of communicating with Australian, British, American, or neutral accent customers
  • Experience in telecom customer service and understanding of telecom terminologies
  • Proficiency in IT and computer skills; experience with inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong written communication skills; experience in international call centers or telecom industry
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
