Job Title: Internal Audit Manager
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced internal audit manager to lead our internal audit function and provide assurance on the effectiveness of our risk management, control, and governance processes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of conducting thorough and unbiased audits, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to management.

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop audit plans to address these risks.
  • Perform audits in accordance with established principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to management.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of internal auditing principles and techniques, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have leadership and team management skills to oversee the internal audit function and guide staff.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit plan that covers all key activities and functions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve internal controls and reduce risk.
  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and coordination.
