Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees with a professional demeanor.
  2. Maintain a well-organized front desk area to ensure a positive first impression.
  3. Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
  4. Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to recipients.
  5. Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about our services.
  6. Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or locations within the facility.
  7. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  8. Arrange outgoing mail and courier services, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  9. Provide administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and document filing.
  10. Monitor the facility to ensure only authorized individuals enter.
  11. Address and resolve visitor and employee complaints or escalate issues as needed.
  12. Manage and replenish front desk supplies, such as stationery.
  13. Oversee housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness of all office rooms.
  14. Perform other tasks as assigned when necessary.
