Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Quality Assurance: Oversee thorough testing in fast-paced environments with both long and short development cycles, covering backend and frontend website features, load/performance, and automation testing.
Test Planning Expertise
  1. Develop Test Plans: Execute test plans, including unit, integration, and end-to-end system testing, to identify and report bugs and issues promptly.
  2. Communication Effectiveness: Use JIRA to streamline communication between developers and testers, participate in review of requirements and designs, and work with designers, producers, and engineers to define testing risks.
  3. Documentation Management: Maintain thorough documentation, including centralized and finalized status reports to lead testers and developers, and analyze if a project is stable enough for release.
  4. Project Support: Assist in the preparation of test plans and test scripts, conduct end-user training as needed, and utilize Excel & Power BI for analytical insights.
Requirements
  • Education Background: Preferred Computer Science graduate.
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years.
