Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee and deliver mobile and web projects.

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of mobile and web projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
About the Position

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the projects, including task management on Jira, client communication, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage project tasks and timelines using Jira, ensuring effective task allocation, tracking, and completion.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication, and providing updates on project progress.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Conduct project planning and resource allocation, ensuring appropriate staffing and skill sets are available for each project phase.
  5. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  6. Foster effective collaboration and communication among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  7. Monitor project performance and metrics, providing regular reports and status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Technical Project Manager, successfully delivering mobile and web projects.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable university.
  3. Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with expertise in utilizing Jira for task management.
  4. Excellent client management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and drive customer satisfaction.
  5. Strong leadership and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices, ensuring projects are executed with efficiency and adaptability.
  8. Analytical mindset, capable of problem-solving and making data-driven decisions to drive project success.
