Job Summary:
Civil Supervisor/Team Lead is responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality standards are met and that the work is completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect each phase of work to determine if quality standards are met.
  • Undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
  • Liaise with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
  • Resolve design and development problems.
  • Monitor ongoing construction to ensure that the work is being done correctly and the project stays on schedule.
  • Ensure that the correct material & tools are on the job at all times.
  • Coordinate with senior officials and contractors for better output and for smooth completion of the project.
  • Ensure that all work done meets all local building codes and all safety compliance requirements.
  • Assist Project Manager.
  • Perform other duties and activities as assigned.
Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from a reputed Government Technical Institute is required.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in the Telecom Sector is necessary.

The candidate must be computer literate and willing to work with commitment to achieve desired objectives.
