About Community Associates

Our team is looking for a highly skilled Community Associate who can provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize duties and work in a fast-paced environment.

A typical day for a Community Associate includes greeting customers, answering their queries and providing support as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers to our centres.
  • Answer customer queries and provide support as needed.
  • Manage centre operations, including scheduling, meetings and events.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Manager.


Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize duties effectively.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
