Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our Call Center team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of call center representatives, ensuring high quality customer service, and driving business results.
Responsibilities- Lead and Supervise: Lead and supervise a team of call center representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive high-quality service and that issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Monitor Performance: Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their skills and knowledge.
- Train and Onboard: Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
- Call Center Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment is required.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software.
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
