We are seeking a skilled communications professional to oversee the Communications function in the Great Middle East (GME) region.

The role involves enhancing the company's reputation with key stakeholders, working with a small team and external agencies, and serving as a company spokesperson.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee communications activities in internal communications, reputation management, public relations, and marketing communications.
  • Develop an integrated communications plan aligned with global strategy.
  • Implement the communications plan, ensuring quality and outcome-based KPIs.
  • Protect and strengthen the company's reputation through proactive public relations and crisis management.
  • Provide timely communications counsel to leadership teams.
  • Lead the market communication function with a focus on productivity, dynamism, and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent business acumen and strategic skills.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and coaching leaders.
  • Comfortable with change and driving transformation.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, organized, and flexible.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills in English and local languages.
