Job Summary
We are seeking a Tax Professional with expertise in tax consulting and compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GCC tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and verify client data for VAT and Withholding Tax purposes.
- Filing of Zakat, Income Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax returns for clients.
- Assist clients in responding to tax assessments and resolving tax-related issues.
- Communicate with clients to ensure timely submission of tax documents and information.
- Collaborate with the corporate finance team to review financial models and perform tax due diligence.
- Prepare transfer pricing reports for clients, including local and master files.
- Conduct analyses and gather data for transfer pricing reports.
- Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and data.
- Recommend tax strategies aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations in GCC.
- Resolve tax issues through effective communication with clients.
- Provide relevant reports to management and stakeholders as required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Expert-level experience in multitasking and prioritization.
- Understanding of GCC tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with statutory audits is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or ACCA/CA Finalist.
Experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in top 10 audit firms in Pakistan.
