Job Description: Head Corporate Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our corporate sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Pursue sales opportunities and negotiate agreements with corporate clients.
  2. Manage and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
