We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our corporate sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:- Pursue sales opportunities and negotiate agreements with corporate clients.
- Manage and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
