Agile Team Lead

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading company as an Agile Team Lead. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to develop and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.

  • The successful candidate will instill a clear vision and passionate drive within the team, ensuring they focus on creating high-value increments.
  • They will remove impediments to the team's progress, ensuring all Scrum events are productive, positive, and within the timebox.
  • The Agile Team Lead will assist the Product Manager in effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
  • They will help the team understand the importance of clear and concise Product Backlog items.
  • Supporting the Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning in a complex environment.
  • Leading, training, and coaching the organization in Agile adoption.
  • Planning and advising on Agile implementations within the organization.
  • Helping employees and stakeholders understand and adopt an empirical approach for complex work.
  • Utilizing Agile development processes, with the ability to adapt methodologies based on project needs.
Requirements

Qualifications/Experience

  • A degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably Agile certification such as SAFe, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and 2 years leading sprints.
  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in implementing Agile.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
