Location: Islamabad/Rawalpindi (Head Office)

Spantronics, a fast-growing U.S.-focused lead generation and call center company, is looking for an experienced, sharp, and tech-savvy Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across both Pakistan and U.S. teams — from Sales Leadership and Telesales to Digital Marketing and Tech roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates for sales, marketing, and managerial positions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategy with business growth
You Are
  • 2+ years of professional recruitment experience (BPO, SaaS, Digital Agency, or Call Center experience is a plus)
  • Highly tech-savvy with expert-level skills in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS tools
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Experienced in hiring for international/U.S. markets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — structured, decisive, and execution-driven
  • Must be based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad
  • Ability to work in night shift
