Job Title: Senior Team Manager

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of approximately 10 to 20 Service Professionals.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all team members meet and/or exceed their overall customer satisfaction and experience, quality, and productivity standards.

You will provide consistent, balanced, and timely performance feedback on your team's performance, enabling them to improve continuously.

Creating a positive work environment that fosters continuous learning, growth, and development is also an essential aspect of this role.

You will lead and manage the team to all operational standards, meeting and exceeding department goals while applying timely performance management standards and processes.

Fostering effective communication and managing change in operating procedures and processes is crucial to ensure staff understanding, retention, and appropriate execution.

Cultivating the skills and abilities of your team members to increase their productivity and enhance their careers is also an integral part of this position.
