Billing Officer/ Cashier

The Cash Receipts Collector is accountable for collecting cash and credit card payments from patients, visitors, and staff. They must maintain a pleasant environment, ensure revenue collection, and reconcile physical cash with cashier reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide responses to inquiries about hospital policies and entitlements.
  • Report any discrepancies or un-reconciled cash to the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in a related field (e.g., accounting, finance) and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
