We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Business Insights Specialist. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, skilled in building insightful dashboards, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes, trends, and data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

  • Translate complex data into clear, visual presentations and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions that drive business value.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure business goals are met and objectives are achieved.

  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role with a strong track record of delivering results.

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Macros) with a focus on data analysis and visualization.

  • Experience in creating dashboards using Excel and/or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong academic record.
