Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development and engineering, as well as hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, collaborating with managers and technical leads to define job requirements, and using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to identify top talent. Additionally, they will screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical and soft skills, maintain and grow talent pipelines, and manage ATS and keep clear records.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in technical or IT recruitment, a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, and excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in technical or IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of engineering and software development roles.
  • Hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
