
Dynamic Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Development Manager with expertise in the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, CV shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and managing correspondence.
- Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline and excellent communication abilities.
- Understand the company's requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and create liaison with career placement cells.
- Coordinate and facilitate hiring managers on their respective hiring(s) flawlessly.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or Business Management.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven knowledge of the recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation.
- Professionally well-connected and comfortable using outside sources to locate key prospective candidates.
- Multi-tasking and a positive attitude with a high work ethic.
- High-level proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
