Job Title: Business Development Officer

Nazeer Hospital seeks a dynamic Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand its network, visibility, and service reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consultant Onboarding & Relationship Management:
    • Identify and approach potential consultants across various specialties for affiliation with Nazeer Hospital.
    • Maintain strong professional relationships with current consultants to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • Panel Onboarding Corporate & Insurance:
    • Pursue new corporate, insurance, and third-party administrator panels.
    • Liaise with HR, insurance, and administrative departments of organizations to promote hospital services.
  • Laboratory Services Promotion:
    • Market Nazeer Hospital's laboratory and diagnostic services to clinics, doctors, corporate clients, and health organizations.
    • Develop strategies to increase external referrals and testing volume.
  • Strategic Business Development:
    • Explore new business development opportunities in healthcare services, partnerships, affiliations, and programs.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and potential growth areas.
  • Marketing Outreach:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotional material development.
    • Represent the hospital in community health programs and medical events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in hospital or diagnostic settings.
