Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the execution of AI-driven features across our platform. You will work closely with the Manager to help the team move forward, remove blockers, and stay aligned with product goals.

This is an opportunity to combine your coordination skills with a solid understanding of AI workflows. You will contribute by leveraging your basic R&D exposure to guide the team when they're stuck, connect dots across modules, and make execution smoother.

  • Coordinate daily tasks and align them with company objectives, setting clear expectations from the start.
  • Stay in close sync with the Manager to understand priorities and track tasks across different AI modules.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure timely task execution and updates.
  • Identify blockers early and take initiative to resolve them through coordination or internal communication.
  • Utilize your basic R&D understanding to assist team members with model inputs, debugging data flow, or integration issues.
  • Keep project data organized in tools like Trello or Notion and ensure regular updates.
  • Maintain clear documentation on project status, experiments, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare progress updates and reports for team leads or leadership reviews.
  • Organize shared resources (Google Drive, Notion, GitHub) for proper storage and labeling of AI work.
