Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in preparing and analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports. You will also manage invoices, process accounts payable, and reconcile accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports.
- Accounts Payable Management: Manage invoices, process accounts payable, and reconcile accounts.
- Accounting Software Proficiency: Competent in using accounting software (e.g., Peach-Tree).
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for office operations, document management, and scheduling.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax compliance.
- Communication Skills: Communicate financial information clearly and professionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure high accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation tasks.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and administrative processes.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work well with cross-functional teams and support senior finance and admin professionals.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
- Professional Development: Stay open to learning new tools and procedures, and adapt to changes in the finance and admin field.
Working Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM
