Job Overview- Support the DGM in groundwork assignments like collecting data from relevant departments and conducting initial meetings with teams.
- Ensure that policies and SOPs for New Connection, Net Metering, Customer Services, and regulatory matters are reviewed and discrepancies highlighted for business correction.
- Coordinate and collate ad-hoc information/report requests by NEPRA.
- Prepare business cases for seeking clarifications from NEPRA on unclear issues or those not mentioned in regulations, including Consumer Service Manual, Tariff Terms and Conditions, and Consumer Eligibility Criteria.
- Collect data, perform groundwork, and coordinate with stakeholders for filing reviews of NEPRA decisions/directives.
- Develop creative proposals for silent regulations by researching practices of other DISCOs and economies to present solutions/recommendations.
- Provide basic regulatory advice to KE departments on NEPRA rules, regulations, and SOPs.
- Complete tasks, assignments, and delegations from GM and DGM RA timely.
Bachelor's in Business Administration/ACCA/LLB with at least 3 years of experience.
Key Skills- Data collection, analysis, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with NEPRA rules, regulations, and applicable documents.
- Drafting skills for concise responses.
- Financial acumen and numerical data analysis.
- Effective communication and coordination across organizational levels and external stakeholders.
