Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Section Head Senior Section. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a creative learning community across the school, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative teaching and learning, with a strong understanding of how to engage students and promote their interests, needs, and enthusiasms.

This role requires a facilitator who can translate the school's vision for creative learning into practical implementation, ensuring that children and young people are active in their learning and reflecting their interests, needs, and enthusiasms.

The Section Head Senior Section will also be responsible for arranging curriculum and coordination meetings, handling administrative tasks and projects as assigned by school leadership, and adhering to confidentiality guidelines when dealing with sensitive information.

In addition, this role will involve continuously seeking opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency, supporting the administrative and operational needs of the school to contribute to its effectiveness and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of creative teaching and learning principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Degree in education or related field
