The successful candidate will also implement Unilever's social-first framework, focusing on Audience First, Platform First, Content First, and Culture First.
The Digital Acceleration Specialist will lead end-to-end influencer marketing strategies, driving meaningful consumer engagement through partnerships with influencers. Additionally, they will design brand-wise ROI models for digital media plans, setting and tracking benchmarks to evaluate campaign performance and impact.
This is an opportunity to shape the future of digital media, building strong partnerships with key platforms, telcos, and OTT players. The successful candidate will also equip internal and external teams with the right tools, audience insights, and skills to succeed in digital media.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive digital growth across the full consumer journey.
- Design, negotiate, and track JBPs with digital platforms to maximize mutual value and performance.
- Implement Unilever's social-first framework, focusing on Audience First, Platform First, Content First, and Culture First.
- Lead end-to-end influencer marketing strategies, driving meaningful consumer engagement through partnerships with influencers.
- Design brand-wise ROI models for digital media plans, setting and tracking benchmarks to evaluate campaign performance and impact.
Bachelor's degree required. Holistic brand communication management experience at a large brand or cross-brand leadership experience at an agency.
Advertising/Media budget management experience. Experience in driving change and embedding innovation in the business. Experience handling complex stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
Experience in data-driven marketing and performance/ecommerce. Exposure to CRM, Mar-Tech, and Ad-Tech platform management.
Skills:- Decision support on media and data-driven marketing, explaining complex information clearly.
- Collaboration skills for multi-stakeholder projects.

- Problem-solving mindset with agility and adaptability.
- Analytical skills to interpret data insights.
