
Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive business development in the banking and corporate sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition
- Identify and lead new business opportunities, particularly in biometric/POS solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new software developments
- Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in a technical field or MBA (Sales/Marketing)
- 5–10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Sales/Business Development
- Strong exposure to biometric devices, POS systems, and related technologies
- Prior experience in multinational or reputable local companies preferred
- Solid understanding of networks, software systems, and solution selling
- Willingness to travel outside Karachi as and when required
