Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of customer support representatives, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to provide excellent service.

- Monitor productivity and generate reports to identify areas where we can improve our performance.
- Analyze individual, team, and call center results to identify trends and implement strategies to address any issues.
- Provide feedback and coaching to customer support representatives to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain harmony among workers and resolve any grievances in a fair and timely manner.
