Call Center Quality Lead

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Executive to join our team at Parhlo. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and analyze our customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities- Call Quality Monitoring: Participate in the monitoring of call and quality standards to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Quality Metrics Analysis: Use a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.
- Email Response Quality: Perform monitors of customer care email responses to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
- Business Performance Improvement: Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed, to inform business decisions and improve performance.
- Leadership Guidance: Provide feedback to call center team leaders and managers on areas for improvement.
Required Skills: MS Excel, Fluent in English, Monitoring Calls.
