
Employment Law Specialist

As a key member of our organization, the Human Resource Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that company procedures align with employment regulations.
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing policies and make recommendations for improvement or updates as needed.
- Identify areas where policies may be lacking and develop new policies to address these gaps.
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor employee attendance, lateness, and other performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement training programs based on employee needs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and staff in handling employee grievances or conflicts.
- Develop and review pay structures, employee perks, and benefits to ensure fairness and equity.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of employment law principles.
