Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to provide technical support to internal and external users.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolve client and internal user queries according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver training on RIS and corporate applications, as well as assist with product demos.
  • Manage service requests in our service management system, handling user requests via online portals, calls, and emails.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and project requests, updating supervisors and management on critical IT issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date status of operational support and project tickets in our service desk software, providing regular updates to supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT support, delivering support to international clients and remote users.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and think creatively when solving problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective time management, multi-tasking, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
