Job Title: Main Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Main Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Technical Support organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experience to our clients.

About the Role:
Motive is seeking an experienced and adept technical professional to take ownership of assigned customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, and issue resolution. In this role, you will work closely with Customer Success Managers to receive, manage, and expeditiously resolve escalations from assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical contacts at assigned customers.
  • Analyze data to monitor account health and trends, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other key areas to innovate and improve performance around product requirements, enhancements, process improvements, and industry best practices.
  • Identify and document product gaps and enhancements; liaise with relevant product and CS teams to advocate for designated customers.

Working in close liaison with other departments and tiers:
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support to our clients.
