Technical Security Solutions Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Security Solutions Expert to join our team and contribute to customer success.

This role offers a unique opportunity for passionate, technical specialists to help solve complex security challenges, modernize security architecture, and posture.

  • You will engage with cutting-edge security concepts such as Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP), Incident Response (ITDR), and technologies like Extended Detection and Response (XDR) - Microsoft 365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) - Sentinel.
  • You will lead internal, partner, and consulting resources to map solutions to customer security challenges and priorities, demonstrate and prove our solutions, and secure technical wins, enabling the team to achieve revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead product-service development in security applications, host webinars, podcasts, and co-author white papers on cybersecurity portfolios.
  • Create strategies to improve security posture, shape technical win plans, and tailor messaging for security opportunities.
  • Remediate blockers, ensure technical wins, engage proactively with customers, build credibility as a trusted advisor, and facilitate post-sales deployment handoff.
  • Leverage insights and coach teams for cross-workload support of security solutions.
