Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will utilize your exceptional management and leadership skills to oversee consulting services delivered to customers.

You will be responsible for managing multiple dimensions of the client relationship, including:

  • Client Relationship: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers that drive mutual growth and success.
  • Scope of Work: Define and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
  • Deliverables: Oversee the timely delivery of high-quality results that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Resources: Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction, driving retention and loyalty.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, combined with relevant technical training and experience.
  • A deep understanding of our company culture and core values.
  • Proficiency in IM enterprise technologies, including MDM, ETL, BI, DBMS, Data Modeling, etc.
  • Competence in at least one business domain, with knowledge of various others, such as distribution, sales, SFA, CRM, finance, manufacturing, etc.
  • Experience working in one of Streebo's core industries, such as pharmaceuticals, medical sciences, consumer packaged goods, computing, etc.
  • The ability to lead large or small projects concurrently, coordinating with technical leads/managers.
  • Excellent leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong consultative selling abilities.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, documentation, and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
  • Facilitation skills for in-person, online, and phone sessions.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving outstanding results in business, technology, or other areas of interest.
