- Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of personal and business files.
- Corporate record keeping for multiple entities.
- Note taking, creating documentation, and filing systems.
- Handle confidential financial and accounting matters for senior management.
- Prepare and dispatch business and private correspondence.
- Assume additional duties as assigned by the Director.
