Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to oversee all aspects of business development and sales, ensuring close coordination with the Head of Business Development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of ERP Solutions, POS Systems, Web Development, and Mobile Application Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explore new business opportunities through cold calls and client interactions in the IT industry, identifying key decision-makers and building relationships that drive revenue growth.
  • Book quality meetings with Business Development Managers daily to establish client relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Identify needs, articulate value propositions, differentiate competition, and position for market entry by conducting thorough research on clients' pain points and requirements.
  • Research clients on social media platforms, online communities, and innovative methods to gain insights into their businesses and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with business development and sales leads for client engagements and proposal presentations, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of ERP Solutions, POS Systems, Web Development, and Mobile Application Development to effectively communicate with clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Schedule visits to clients and conduct business development cold visits to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Represent products and companies to potential clients, showcasing their value proposition and differentiators.
  • Generate new business with existing clients through offer creation and follow-up, nurturing relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Establish new client relationships and generate new business within existing sales structures, leveraging the company's network and resources to drive growth.
  • Support branch offices in preparing annual budgets and business plans, including target setting and commercial evaluation.
  • Support business and commercial controlling for the division, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, market share gain, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling, using creative and targeted approaches to engage potential clients.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management within the company's CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and internal colleagues to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Attend industry functions and provide feedback on market and creative trends, staying informed about the latest developments and best practices.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, using data and market analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, using persuasive and engaging techniques to build rapport and establish trust.
  • Generate leads, develop client relationships, and offer demos convincing clients about products, highlighting their value proposition and unique selling points.
  • Promote company products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives, using compelling storytelling and persuasive language to drive sales.
  • Prepare sales contracts adhering to established rules and guidelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all agreements.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc., using data and metrics to measure performance and drive improvement.
