Financial Operations Manager

The primary function of this role is to manage and oversee daily financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
This position involves managing and maintaining general ledger accounts using QuickBooks, processing accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately, and preparing various financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Responsibilities also include managing bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting, monitoring budgets, and analyzing variances.
Additionally, this role supports payroll processing, journal entries, and external audits and tax filings. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls is also a key aspect of this position.
Requirements:
- Must be an ACCA member with current membership
- QuickBooks Online certification required
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including LOOKUP functions, IF formulas, and Pivot Tables
- Basic understanding of financial consolidation principles
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting
