Job Description:

  • Our Financial Operations team is responsible for the smooth processing of all functions related to general banking activities, including customers' transactions in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all financial operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  2. Verifying and reconciling financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Liaising with other teams to ensure seamless execution of financial operations.
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and accounts.
  5. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  6. Complying with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Numerical and financial analysis skills.
  • Understanding of financial services, banking products, and banking operations.
  • Good understanding of AML/KYC regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
