Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the monthly payroll and related activities for clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in internal applications.
Key responsibilities include working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters, supporting the Finance Manager by inputting sales and purchase ledgers from source documents, and matching invoices to statements and purchase orders to maintain accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role, as they will involve liaising with various stakeholders and contributing to the preparation of financial reports and statements.
