**Appointment Setter Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, setting and confirming appointments for our sales team, maintaining accurate call/lead records, and following up with customers.

The position is full-time and on-site, with shift timing from 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (evening/night shift), working Monday to Friday (weekends off).

This is a support role that helps the sales department run smoothly. It's not a direct selling job but requires excellent communication skills, time management, record keeping, and customer relationship management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to set and confirm appointments
  • Maintaining accurate call/lead records
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE SATISFACTION
