We are seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative/Customer Care professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for patients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contacting patients prior to their scheduled appointments to gather necessary information.
  • Interviewing patients over the phone to obtain accurate details.
  • Entering patient data into our electronic medical record system.
  • Rescheduling appointments as needed via phone calls and written notifications.
  • Screens and routes patient calls to other departments efficiently, ensuring accurate registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up scheduling in our database.
  • Coordinates messages between patients and physicians, handling consult calls properly and routing them to the correct provider.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care.

Working Conditions:

This position requires evening shifts from 06 PM – 03 AM PST (Monday- Friday). We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that values employee satisfaction alongside patient satisfaction.
