Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients via telephone, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of their care.

Responsibilities
  • Contact patients prior to their scheduled appointment to verify details and ensure timely arrival.
  • Conduct thorough interviews with patients over the telephone to gather accurate information and update patient records accordingly.
  • Efficiently enter all patient data into the electronic medical record system, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
  • Re-schedule patient appointments as needed, utilizing effective communication skills to inform patients of changes.
  • Routinely screen and direct patient calls to other departments, guaranteeing prompt registration, scheduling, and follow-up scheduling in the database.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
