
Amazon Presence Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in Amazon account management, including experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central. You will also need to be proficient in Amazon tools, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and SellerBoard, as well as have experience with Amazon PPC, DSP, and analytics dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:- Amazon Account Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and procedures.
- Product Listings & Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to create and optimize product listings, improving search rankings and conversion rates.
- Amazon Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns to drive traffic and maximize ROI.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Brand Protection & Compliance: Ensure brand consistency and compliance with Amazon policies; handle unauthorized sellers, counterfeit issues, and MAP violations.
- Inventory Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage stock levels, prevent stockouts, and forecast demand.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising spend; provide actionable insights and monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and questions; coordinate with customer service to maintain high ratings and resolve issues quickly.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Proficient in Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerBoard, etc.)
- Experience with Amazon PPC, DSP, and analytics dashboards
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces is a plus
- Experience in managing private label or FBA brands
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, ERP systems, or inventory management platforms
- Amazon certifications or training in e-commerce/digital marketing
