Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies, identify and remove delivery blockers, and foster a culture of agile best practices.

About the Role

  • This role involves driving agile excellence, removing delivery roadblocks, and ensuring effective execution against ambitious product goals.
  • You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to keep teams aligned, on track, and continuously improving.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead agile ceremonies across multiple teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
  2. Identify and remove delivery blockers, such as resource constraints or scope misalignment, to enable teams to move faster and with greater confidence.
  3. Build delivery transparency by managing sprint health, burn-down charts, and progress tracking, providing leadership with clear visibility into team performance.
  4. Coordinate cross-team dependencies and risks, ensuring complex initiatives are delivered on time and with high quality.
  5. Foster a culture of agile best practices and delivery excellence, helping teams improve estimation, planning, and execution.
  6. Partner with the Product Operations Lead to align on broader program plans, roadmaps, and launch readiness, ensuring delivery is integrated with product strategy.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, or similar delivery-focused role in SaaS or technology environments.
  2. Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and a passion for helping teams apply them effectively.
  3. Strong facilitation and coaching skills, able to lead productive team ceremonies and foster continuous improvement.
  4. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of keeping multiple teams coordinated and on track.
  5. Effective communication skills, able to surface risks, escalate issues, and align diverse stakeholders across Product and Engineering.
  6. Experience managing cross-team dependencies and large-scale delivery efforts, preferably in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  7. Motivated to work closely with senior management to create a high-performing, well-run product team.
