Administrative Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and dedicated individual to become our new Administrative Officer. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

Main Duties:
  • Oversee office supplies stock levels and arrange reordering when necessary
  • Prepare routine reports on expenses and financial planning
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Set up and maintain a secure filing system for confidential documents
  • Address inquiries from employees and clients in a professional manner
  • Review and update office policies as required
  • Manage the company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Arrange meeting room bookings as needed
  • Handle receipt and storage of correspondence
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations using statistical data
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
  • Schedule internal and external events
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience in a similar role or equivalent education
  • Sound knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office software such as MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Exceptional organizational skills combined with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree and relevant qualifications
